Steer Clear of Post Planner!
As the reviewer, I found that any potential benefits of using Post Planner for our businesses were overshadowed by their lack of transparency in billing and disregard for customers. We were stuck using a platform we disliked for 16 months after our last payment. I would advise others to look elsewhere for a social media scheduling platform unless they don't mind wasting money and poor customer service. We started using Post Planner in 2015 to enhance my wife's online business and social media reach. The scheduling features were decent and I used it for my own Facebook and Instagram channels. The ability to quickly find content added some value, but their questionable billing practices outweighed any positives. The issue wasn't with the app itself, but with the changes Post Planner made to their pricing structure after we signed up, which were not clearly communicated. We ended up on an annual plan.

I am extremely satisfied with Post Planner. It has not only made managing multiple accounts and Twitter handles a breeze, but it has also helped me achieve over a million impressions on a single Twitter handle within a year and a half of starting. I value the feature that allows me to create streams of posts for various industries, topics, and subjects, with star ratings based on their popularity. This time-saving feature enables me to share popular posts and attract interest within my channel community, fostering growth. However, I believe the drag and drop feature could be enhanced, particularly for posts that need to be altered within a day or over several days. I would also appreciate the ability to see the time change when moving a post within a day to estimate the 'fit' for modifying the post. I chose Post Planner because it provides a better price point for the ease and relevance of posts for reposting, and its integration with Canva for post creation. I made the switch to Post Planner.

I find Post Planner's system very easy to set up and use, offering a multitude of options and additional help. The support I received from the team was exceptional, leading me to highly recommend it. I value the ability to plan posts for specific times and purposes, and to set up a library of items I want to share with my followers. Post Planner's vast library helps me maintain high-quality, relevant, and encouraging content. I'm a fan of the evergreen option that allows posts to be re-posted at a later time. Initially, I was disappointed because I couldn't use it with Instagram and considered cancelling the service for a pricier one. However, the team was already adding the Instagram option and showed me how to use it as I desired, so there's no real downside. The customer support is outstanding, the system offers a plethora of scheduling options, and the library of resources is a valuable asset. I haven't found anything that I wanted to do with Post Planner that I couldn't.
