Effortless for Big Projects
I find GanttPRO effortless for large projects. I love how detailed I can make the Gantt chart with this software, compared to other competitor platforms. GanttPRO doesn't interfere with my planning process and allows me to effectively manage my project. I'm using it for my PhD and appreciate how it enables me to break down projects as well as sub-projects. I also appreciate the generous discounts GanttPRO offers to education students. The design is simplistic and functional, and while it may not be as visually appealing as others, it gets the job done. I'm looking forward to continuing to use this platform and exploring all the helpful tools GanttPRO provides to make project management easier.

Top-notch Software for Gantt Chart Creation!
I've been using GanttPRO since November 2022 for a significant university project. I had tried other software before, but they all fell short in areas like task options, customization, and more. However, once I discovered GanttPRO, I didn't need to search any further as it provided everything I needed. My team and I have been using it in conjunction with MS Teams and it's been performing excellently. The sign-up process was straightforward and fast. The software is well-designed for creating Gantt charts and it integrates seamlessly with various platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Slack. It also provides different account types to suit various user requirements. So far, I haven't faced any problems with GanttPRO and I still consider it the best choice for creating and tracking Gantt charts. I strongly endorse this software for working with Gantt charts over other alternatives. If you're considering using it for business purposes, I recommend the Business version as it offers more features.

Trialled 15 Gantt/Project Management Tools, GanttPro Surpasses Them All!
I began using GanttPro and found it highly intuitive from the get-go. As a technical individual, it was straightforward for me, but the real test came when I introduced it to my team and managers. They adapted to the platform with ease and we didn't require much training. If you're familiar with Excel and to-do lists, you'll know how to use this app. I've been using it for several months now and it's quick to pick up. It offers actual printing formats for project maps, a solid drag and drop feature for tasks, and subtask numbering. It has a modern aesthetic and allows for the addition of resources like people and materials. It also provides a column view format for tasks. GanttPro effectively takes the place of Microsoft Projects and other popular project management apps like Asana and Trello. However, its reporting feature could use some enhancement. I'd like to see more reports like executive status reports, dashboard-like reports for team meetings, and a birds-eye view.

Ganttpro is an innovative, transparent, and trustworthy company with a dedicated support team and competitively priced, feature-rich software. I had the pleasure of using the trial version and found it to be an enlightening experience. The support team is consistently reliable, responding promptly to my inquiries and providing comprehensive answers. Even though their chat support is not always available, when it is, I found the 1-minute response time to be reasonable and worth the wait. The company's organization is commendable and they seem to be wisely investing their resources in areas other than chat support. The import functionality of the software is unique. It selectively imports certain elements and does so with a unique approach for others. Even the export created by Ganttpro is a reliable backup. The software has a unique way of managing tasks, making it distinctive and professional. The drag and drop feature is smooth and well-performing, making task rearrangement an engaging challenge. There is also a unique approach to organization, encouraging me to manually place every task in a folder. The spreadsheet part of Ganttpro is also uniquely designed for group selection. In conclusion, Ganttpro is a well-developed, reliable, and honest software that should be embraced. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to use it and look forward to exploring more of its features.
