It has proven beneficial not only for our project teams, but also for our training team, integrating flawlessly with our ERP information system and business operations. However, I do wish there was a feature to duplicate a template model task for all main tasks in a project with just one click, as all our main tasks follow the same procedure. We opted for GanttPRO because we are familiar with it and value the support from their CRM services. We transitioned to GanttPRO as it is more suitable for our activities.

Effortless Setup and User-Friendly Interface with GanttPro
As part of a small three-person family team, we're working on a housing project in partnership with the New Zealand government to tackle the country's housing problems. Over the last three months, we've tried out four different project management software to find one that would allow us to organize our tasks by responsibility and keep us on schedule to meet our deadlines. GanttPro was the first software we tested and it fulfilled all our requirements. It was user-friendly, had an appealing layout, and its features were straightforward. Even one of our team members, who isn't very tech-savvy, managed to learn it within a few hours. Despite our initial worries about the cost, we went back to GanttPro after testing other software. They were extremely helpful in finding a solution for us. Our only problem was the need to buy a minimum of five seats, which wasn't practical for our small team.
