Excellent CRM!
I am extremely satisfied with Bullhorn, a fantastic CRM that we use for multiple assignments across various scopes of work. Our account manager, Irene, is always readily available to assist us via email or phone call. We recently added Automation and are loving it. There's also a catalogue of courses available to enhance our knowledge about the CRM and other add-ons. Over the four years of using it, we're very pleased with what the CRM offers us and how it has adapted.

I value the wide range of third-party partners that Bullhorn provides, enabling easy addition of extra features to the main product. However, I find the delivery time for changes needing Bullhorn's help too lengthy. I wish there was a quicker option for small changes. I switched to Bullhorn ATS & CRM as my previous profile was outdated and missing many new features.
