To my surprise, I received an email stating my account was suspended. However, upon reaching out to them, they were quick to offer a solution - they proposed to cancel my account as per my request. It made me realize that they were proactive in ensuring my satisfaction. I was initially concerned that they might charge me again due to my expired credit card, but their prompt response put my worries to rest. It's refreshing to see a company so committed to their customers. It makes me wonder if there are any national agencies I could recommend them to for their excellent service!

Disappointing Experience with Adobe Sign's Customer Service
I found Adobe Sign easy to use for basic tasks like obtaining signatures on a document. However, when it came to more advanced features such as witness signatures or modifying an agreement after it's been sent, it was a nightmare. My trial with Adobe Sign was disastrous, and the customer service was even worse. I needed over 20 people to sign my documents, and the witness signature process was confusing. I encountered an issue where I couldn't cancel an agreement that had been sent, and it took nearly an hour with customer support before they suggested using Chrome instead of Safari, which finally worked. Then, one of the signers signed on the wrong line, and I spent two and a half hours on customer support, being passed from agent to agent who didn't know what they were doing. One agent even took control of my screen and just moved the mouse around randomly without doing anything. I was then told I didn't have an Enterprise trial, even though I do.
