My team and I find using Weglot very straightforward. Its ability to overwrite translations and provide image translations is crucial for our single storefront use with BigCommerce. Weglot, combined with BigCommerce, allows us to create an effective pseudo-multistorefront experience. The translations are high quality with minimal overrides needed. The support is excellent and quick to respond, despite the time difference between Eastern and Paris. We appreciate the ease of implementing multi-language functionality on a single storefront. The backend menus could be slightly easier to navigate, but this is a very minor issue.

An Exceptional Plugin: Weglot
The translations Weglot provides are excellent, with only a small portion needing manual adjustment due to my field's specific terminology. Their customer service is exceptional and the software saves me a lot of time and stress. It's user-friendly, quick, and delivers great translations. I have no complaints, but I would appreciate a tool for managing the registration and dispatch of newsletters in various languages, without the customer having to select a language via a checkbox. I chose Weglot because Elementor, my preferred page builder, recommended it. I switched to Weglot from another service due to its complexity and poor support in case of a "fatal error". Comparing the two, I'm thankful to have found Weglot. They provide personalized help, not just generic responses. The other service was very complicated to set up. I used it for over 5 years and I'm glad to have moved on.

Extremely Satisfied with Weglot
I faced significant problems when trying to implement the country flags for mobile devices. The Weglot support team identified that a previously installed translation app hadn't been correctly uninstalled and helped me with this. The software is easy to install, needing just a few clicks, and the machine translations are instantly visible, making the translation of my page immediate. Weglot is easy to learn, thanks to the numerous instructional videos. I had some issues due to a previously installed translation app, and the leftover code was interfering with Weglot. However, the Weglot support team was always quick and effective in their help. They truly provide the best support one could hope for. I must note that the price is relatively high, but quality comes at a cost. A good app with fast and efficient support is worth the price. I am also excited to see the app continue to evolve and improve.

The translations it provides are nearly as good as human translations, and any differences can be easily edited manually. This saves significant project time without eliminating the need for translators, creating a win-win situation. Weglot is simple to integrate and saves a tremendous amount of work time. Instead of duplicating all website subpages and then handing them to a translator, I can do it all with almost a single click using Weglot. My favorite feature is the visual editor, and I also appreciate the excellent service and friendly staff. Occasionally, I need to reload in visual editing mode, but this is a minor issue. I chose Weglot because I was so pleased with the product and its features that I saw no reason to look elsewhere.
