High Hopes Dashed in Trial - Not Fit for Professional Use
I was looking for an affordable and reliable platform for conducting LIVE webinars and decided to try WebinarJam based on expert video reviews and recommendations from websites like Capterra. As I work for a non-profit with a limited budget, we need remote tools to deliver our messages. I was hoping WebinarJam would be the solution, but the trial was unsuccessful. The registration fields were very limited, for example, we couldn't request the company name. The confirmation emails were unreliable, and the interface was difficult and not user-friendly, especially for attendees. When we uploaded slides, they lost their animation. We also had trouble sharing our PowerPoint screen, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. I think WebinarJam might be better suited for pre-recorded webinars.

Exploring WebinarJam: A Deep Dive into Features and Functionality
Overall, I consider WebinarJam to be a solid product, though I wish the developers would focus more on introducing new features. Over the past couple of years, I've noticed a lack of innovation compared to other webinar platforms. I also believe the customer support could be better. Waiting 4-5 days for a response is quite lengthy, and even during regular periods, I've had to wait 2-3 days for a generic response that didn't answer my query, which was quite frustrating. Setting up webinars is easy and well-organized, and they generally run without a hitch. The in-webinar features like chat and injections are excellent. However, I do miss a better integration with Kartra and Zapier. I need a feature that allows registration from external sources. I've requested this feature multiple times, but it seems there has been no progress. As I have several memberships on Kartra, I would like to be able to sign in.

Exploring the User-Friendly Features of WebinarJam: A Review
I highly recommend giving the free month of WebinarJam a try! The process is so straightforward, it practically encourages you to stay on. It's just as user-friendly as EverWebinar, as Søren Lynge pointed out. I found the subscription process to be a breeze, making it easy to continue enjoying the service.

WebinarJam: Unbeatable in its Class!
I really enjoy using WebinarJam and I'm looking forward to future improvements. I value the feature that allows me to insert videos and products directly into the broadcast. However, I do have some concerns. Firstly, the limit on the number of hosts or guests is too low and I believe it needs to be increased to be more competitive, especially when compared to platforms like Zoom. Secondly, I find the price too high. It should be reduced to match current industry rates and to compete better. Being more expensive than other competitors is not beneficial and I believe it hinders WebinarJam from reaching a larger customer base. I chose WebinarJam for its ability to create a broadcast studio-like environment for hosting my webcast show.

Exploring WebinarJam: A User's Perspective
The main benefit I found with WebinarJam is its capacity to host more participants in a meeting compared to Zoom. I initially believed it would be simple to set up and operate, but I faced several problems. For example, I was unable to access the website if I was even a minute late, and it doesn't permit late arrivals to my site. If I needed to delay a weekly webinar, I couldn't just reschedule it; I had to create a completely new one. The software also demands a lot of bandwidth, which is an issue for viewers with slow internet. I also couldn't figure out if attendees could see and hear me without directly asking them. Moreover, if I wanted to share my screen, I was unable to switch from my current browser to another page not in the same browser. I opted for WebinarJam thinking it would provide more value for my money and be easier to use, allowing more people into the room.

Potential Unfulfilled: WebinarJam's Shortcomings
I use Webinar Jam for conducting LIVE workshops to help people build digital marketing platforms. However, I find it doesn't integrate well with other tools unless everything is run from their site. I appreciate the extra features like reminders, social cues to boost conversions, and the recording quality is top-notch. But, it lacks a paid user solution, offering only a PayPal button on a registration form. The signup process is complex and should be simplified to a single checkout form. Instead, one has to select the webinar, pay through a third-party app, and then register through their form. Its ZAPIER integration doesn't accept actions, so I can't write them in through Zapier or load a file of guests. The paid functionality for sign up is minimal. I chose WebinarJam because of the positive reviews on their site, but the customer service is slow or non-existent. It's cheaper than ZOOM, but only because ZOOM forces you to have Zoom.

An Engaging Experience with WebinarJam: A Review
I had an incredibly engaging experience with the free trial of WebinarJam! It was so captivating that I found myself spending nearly 3 hours exploring its features. I was also pleasantly surprised by the customer service, as I spent a good 45 minutes in the chat queue, consistently maintaining my second position in line. This company has a unique approach that keeps you hooked. I would highly recommend investing your time and money in it!
