Overall, I find that WebinarJam provides most of the features I need at a more affordable price compared to its competitors. I've renewed my subscription from last year, which shows my satisfaction with the tool. However, I wish it could be simplified even more. I value the ability to collaborate with multiple presenters remotely and the option to set up various elements like polls, offers, and surveys before the sessions. The chat and audience interaction features work well, and the video and transmission quality have always been satisfactory. My customers find it intuitive and easy to use, as I've received no complaints so far. However, I wish the transition between video and presentation was smoother, and I would prefer if the "request to speak" function didn't require the attendee to become a presenter. I also wish a survey could be triggered immediately after the session ends, instead of having to send an email. I would like the registration process to include an "add to calendar" option.

I've had a fantastic experience with WebinarJam, although I would appreciate some enhanced features. I wish it had a multi-user function to prevent my team from downloading emails. We began using WebinarJam when we had to shift our business strategy. It enabled us to easily convert hundreds of prospects from our free webinar to paying customers. The setup process is quite long, but they've designed a simple, foolproof step-by-step process that's worth it in the end. We've tried other software that was either too costly or didn't provide a streamlined process for making purchases during the webinar. Thanks to WebinarJam, we've managed to make over $5000 in one hour from sales. I value the ability to stream on multiple social media platforms simultaneously and gather emails from viewers. However, I wish attendees could subscribe to our email newsletter during the signup process. I also appreciate that I can assign users to my account but restrict admin access.
