I believe that Vaultastic has grown from being just an email archival tool to a comprehensive data management software. It now has the capability to archive data from other platforms such as OneDrive, GDrive, and more. Having a real-time data backup solution gives me peace of mind, knowing that in the event of any unexpected situation requiring data recovery, the data is readily accessible. I value the tiered storage for managing old data and the eDiscovery feature for searching across mailboxes. I also appreciate that it's independent from the main mail software, so even if a user is accidentally deleted on the email platform, the mail remains protected and recoverable. However, I feel the speed of retrieving search results and the time taken for data operations like active-to-open or export could be better. Also, occasionally the preview option doesn't display PST content, which might be a temporary bug.

I find the Vaultastic software user-friendly, particularly in terms of data access, user configuration, and monitoring. I value the data sync feature before delivery, it's excellent! However, the restoration process is time-consuming. Also, it's not feasible to import all user data simultaneously, which is a drawback. I think the data backup feature needs enhancement.
