However, the restoration process is time-consuming. Also, it's not feasible to import all user data simultaneously, which is a drawback. I think the data backup feature needs enhancement.

As a bank, we are obligated to keep email archives for compliance purposes. We used to store our emails on local devices, but due to the high volume of emails, this became increasingly challenging. However, since we started using Vaultastic to store a copy of our emails in the cloud, storage is no longer a concern. The software is user-friendly and includes a self-service portal for our users. It also allows us to selectively export all mail from any archive account, which aids in email recovery and enables us to respond promptly and accurately to compliance requests. Vaultastic is a genuine SaaS solution, requiring no infrastructure, manpower, or maintenance from us.

Money Wasted on Unresolved Issues with Vaultastic
I bought Vaultastic to backup our emails on their server, but we've been facing unresolved problems for a long time. Our sent emails haven't been updating correctly for the past six months, making me feel like we've wasted our money on a defective product. No one is addressing our complaints about this issue. I wouldn't recommend this problematic email backup solution to anyone. I've been having problems with sent mail not appearing correctly in the Vaultastic mailbox for the last two months, and their support team hasn't been able to fix it. The vendor responded with an apology and explained that they had identified the problem with some emails not appearing in the "sent items" since August 10th, 2018. They discovered that emails with a blank sender were not being archived correctly. To fix this, they turned off the duplicate mail control on their platform on August 13th, 2018, until they could find a permanent solution. After this change, all emails were being archived correctly.
