Amazon EC2 Hosting - It's Decent
While we didn't have any problems with customer support or uptime on Amazon EC2, we did experience issues with our IP being flagged for malicious activity by various DNS providers, such as CloudFlare. We suspect our VPS IP had been used for illegal activities in the past. Despite changing our IP, the issue persisted. Apart from this, we've had no other issues with Amazon EC2. The pricing is reasonable and the uptime is reliable.

Mastering Server Management with Amazon EC2: A Personal Journey
I've been using Amazon EC2 to manage my server and it's been an incredible journey mastering Linux/Bash through it. It's fascinating to see how many crucial aspects there are to building a startup beyond just backend infrastructure. If you're looking to move at a rapid pace, I'd suggest starting with Heroku and then transitioning to AWS once you've got a robust team of engineers. I have immense respect for AWS, considering it powers a significant portion of the internet. It's truly a powerhouse!
