I am using Speakap to engage employees in various locations who don't have access to our company intranet. My goal is to keep them updated and make them feel connected to the larger company. We use a variety of separate tools and applications, and I appreciate that Speakap can be added on top and used as a front end to all of these. It's an effective way to engage an audience outside of our normal network via their mobile phones. I appreciate its easy integration with enterprise software like Workday. I also value how they've addressed mobile usage legal requirements in states like California. Despite adding another tool to our system, the seamless user experience it provides as a front end far outweighs any negatives.

Gratitude to Speakap!
Speakap has been highly responsive to our needs, promptly answering our queries and even offering in-person assistance for training. They've been open to our suggestions and we're excited to see how the product will evolve. The platform is extremely intuitive and after trying several others, Speakap was the easiest for our users to understand. It has simplified and enhanced our internal communication. While we did identify some features we'd like to see, most are already included in Speakap's future plans.

Speakap is great for facilitating good communication within a large company with multiple departments. There have been instances where I needed to reach a coworker and didn't have their contact, but Speakap allowed us to connect easily and securely. It's very safe and safeguards your data. I also value its scheduling feature that lets us plan our monthly work schedule with colleagues. Additionally, Speakap doesn't bother the user with incessant updates and notifications. There have been times when the software crashes or displays an empty screen, but this could also be a problem with my phone.

As a part of a start-up in its initial stages, we are trying to promote more internal sharing of information, ranging from job openings to updates in our product range at LKQ Belgium. We have found Speakap to be an effective tool for communication across all departments and locations, providing a single channel for instant communication. However, as an administrator, I often receive technical queries. It would be beneficial if my colleagues could directly contact a Speakap helpdesk for support. Currently, system maintenance and adding new users to the platform is quite labor-intensive.

Overall, I find the Speakap application to be performing well, effectively enabling our company to maintain direct contact with everyone. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick adoption of the app. I'm looking forward to seeing more people posting content. It's an excellent tool for asking any Flexjet-related questions. I'm pleased we introduced this tool to our company. It's a great way for all employees to connect and ask questions, and I appreciate the direct responses from management. I also enjoy seeing everyone's experiences on the road. I appreciate that weekly messages and updates are written out for reading at one's convenience. However, like any personalized software, there are some growing pains. Some features on the mobile app, like liking a post, can be a bit tricky due to the sensitivity of the heart icon. There were initial issues with posting videos, but they were quickly resolved. It can take some time to understand where all the groups are, especially for those unfamiliar with social media platforms.
