Exceptional SEM Automation Tool with SocialBee
I find SocialBee to be an excellent web and mobile app that assists me in managing my company's daily SEM activities. Its ability to support multiple platforms simultaneously is what I appreciate the most. I have no complaints and consider it the best tool available. I opted for SocialBee due to its impressive integration and automation. I initially switched to SocialBee after receiving a free 3-month subscription and have been a loyal user ever since. I also appreciate the vendor's response to my review in August 2022.

Effortless Social Media Scheduling with SocialBee!
I enjoy using Social Bee to create multiple posts in advance and have them automatically sent to all my platforms. It's compatible with all the platforms I use and allows me to manage several accounts simultaneously. I appreciate its automatic posting feature and the ability to create a variety of staggered posts. I can also auto post from an integration with Pocket to share interesting articles and websites with my audience. I got it on an Appsumo deal, so I have an account and don't have to pay monthly! Setting up Pinterest is a bit challenging as they don't have their own integration, so I have to use a free Hootsuite account and integrate through that. However, it works well once set up. Having to reconnect integrations can be a hassle, but this is an issue with the social media platform, not Social Bee. I chose SocialBee because I got it as a lifetime deal from Appsumo. I do have to use a free account.

Struggling to Login to My SocialBee Account
I've been unable to access my account for two days. I've emailed the company as I can't submit a support ticket without being logged in, but received no response. Meanwhile, my account is automatically posting old content to my social media accounts, which I can't change due to my inability to log in.

Avoid Using SocialBee
Update on 1/3/224: The team contacted me and provided my refund, which I appreciated. On 12/2/223, I found the software not intuitive. The content created by the onboarding team and the social media pilot was generic and didn't seem to understand our business. It was too much work to repurpose content. Also, when I requested a refund, they didn't grant it but instead asked how they could improve. I found this very unprofessional.

I've been a user of Social Bee for years and I'm genuinely impressed with their progress. I'm a satisfied customer and I would recommend it to others for managing their social media presence. I value that Social Bee is both effective and affordable. They've even launched a mobile app now. Since I began using Social Bee, I've observed numerous improvements, including integrations with major social media platforms and content creation tools like Canva. The analytics and reporting features are top-notch. I believe it's an excellent tool for anyone managing social media profiles, particularly social media managers. The only drawback is the user interface, which could be better. However, it's still functional and accomplishes the task. I chose Social Bee primarily for its price and because I'm accustomed to it. I switched from Crowdfire because they altered some features and removed some of my favorites. Additionally, I got a great deal on Social Bee, which was an offer I couldn't pass up. I have no regrets about making the switch.
