SMTP2GO: No Longer Performing as Expected
I am located in France and was advised to use SMTP2GO by a tech-savvy friend to fix a problem caused by MS-Outlook, which Microsoft seems uninterested in solving. Recently, the issue has worsened and SMTP2GO is no longer working effectively. I'm not sure why this is happening and neither does my tech-savvy friend. I would appreciate if someone from SMTP2GO could take 5 minutes to discuss this with me. The vendor responded positively, stating they would be glad to talk and even have a French-speaking staff member.

I had an issue where my investor report emails were not sending through smtp2go, despite the test email working fine. I checked everything on smtp2go but found no emails. I thought I wouldn't get any help due to it being the last business day before Christmas, but I tried the chat and received immediate assistance. We discovered a data error in one of the cc which was causing the problem. The team was fast and helpful, and I was very impressed with their service.

Their servers are whitelisted by all antispam services, ensuring your emails won't bounce unless there's a typo. They provide excellent reports to track every email and their support team is very helpful. They offer various packages to suit everyone's needs and allow for easy upgrading or downgrading. The only issue we encountered was when a few infected users sent bulk emails to invalid recipients, resulting in us getting blocked. Dealing with their support team to get unblocked was a bit challenging as they were strict about it.
