I've found the service provided by SMTP2GO to be incredibly solid and reliable, with no negative aspects to report. Their support team is exceptional, going above and beyond to assist even non-paying customers. The software has all the features I need without any usual drawbacks. It allows me to authorize, secure, and manage accounts, change passwords easily, and the setup is straightforward. The tracking data provided for devices sending or having trouble sending is excellent. I've had issues with HP printers, but these are not related to SMTP2GO. The only potential downside is the low price, which could potentially lead to less development, but so far, they've maintained their high standards. I switched to SMTP2GO from O365 due to the latter's cumbersome auth requirements. SMTP2GO is simpler and easier to track. The vendor responded to my review in July 2022, expressing their appreciation and offering further assistance if needed.

Smtp2go is the GO-TO Solution
I find Smtp2go servers, systems, and website to be much faster than any other similar service providers I've used. Their support is quick and they don't disable your account globally, but continue to accept your emails. They effectively hold your emails hostage and take days to review and respond to your answers based on vague, non-descriptive 'issues'. Their dashboard is comprehensive and allows me to identify and address most problems before they even notice themselves.
