      It's very difficult to terminate the contract with them. Despite my repeated emails to end my domiciliation contract, they never did and continue to charge my card. They insist on receiving postcards, even though all contract processes were accepted online. Why would they need a postcard to end the contract? Sending postcards costs more than the monthly contract fee. They have the worst customer service.
