      Rethink - Impressively Effective

      Despite some occasional lag and data saving problems, I find Rethink to be an excellent platform for our company. However, it has been slow recently in saving appointments and inputting data. Personally, I don't like the new update in scheduling. Now, when I check an employee's schedule and click on a billable appointment, it only shows that client under that employee instead of the entire schedule.

      My overall experience with Rethink has been positive. It serves as a comprehensive solution for data collection, note-taking, and scheduling appointments, allowing me to use a single software for my timesheet and access various resources including RBT training. However, it does have some limitations, such as the difficulty in easily accessing a client's progress. I have to select each program individually to view the graphs. It also lacks a feature that systematically masters out targets and opens new ones when mastered. Maintenance targets need to be routinely checked or unchecked as the software doesn't assign them systematically. If it had a dashboard that allowed easy viewing of a client's progress, including progressing and failing targets, graphs, and the ability to systematically program the targets, it would be more functional. I chose Rethink because it offers everything on one platform, including RBT training, videos, and materials.

      Rethink: A User's Perspective

      I've had a fantastic experience with Rethink and have even recommended it to other agencies. I value the support from the Rethink team, it feels like we've been collaborating as a team from the beginning and continue to do so nearly two years later. The software is user-friendly and consistently updates with new programs to meet our needs. I appreciate the availability of a support team whenever we face issues. However, some programs take time to implement, which can be challenging from a business standpoint. I wish there was a more detailed note section beyond the demographic area. If there's a problem with Rethink, such as speed or software updates causing the system to be down, I'd like a notification upon logging in so our field staff is aware. Rethink currently does this for anything "new", so why not when it's having issues? I chose Rethink because it's user-friendly and switched to it because I needed a software that provided billing as well.
