Delighted with Pure36!
I mainly use Pure360 to promote our Training Centre and our events. I've observed that the open rates are higher than the previous email platform we used, and the uptake of courses and events has followed the same trend. As a seasoned marketer and marketing manager at the University of Sheffield, I've used several email marketing platforms, and I can confidently say that Pure360 is the best one I've used. The drag and drop email builder is very user-friendly and can create professional-looking emails. The integration with our CRM system was smooth and functions exactly as we need. The customer service team is also very responsive. One minor issue I've encountered is that you need to ensure you save your email before sending it. I once sent a test and everything looked fine, but the actual email that was sent was a previous draft. It's a minor issue, but it wouldn't stop me from using or recommending Pure360 to others.

I love how easy it is to navigate through the Pure360 system, create emails using the drag and drop editor, and schedule emails with ease. I used to use a limited platform for my main marketing emails, but since switching to Pure360, my email marketing has significantly improved. My emails look better, I have the freedom to create whatever I need, and the convenience of using the drag and drop editor or HTML is fantastic. It's incredibly easy to resume an email where I left off, create multiple emails by copying old templates, and schedule as many emails as I need, whenever I need to. I send thousands of emails a week, and Pure360 really accommodates that for me. There's not much, if anything, that I dislike about Pure360. Occasionally, it can be challenging to reach the support team, but that's expected with most businesses. Overall, I'm really happy with Pure360!

I am extremely satisfied with Pure360. Their support team and account managers are incredibly quick at responding and resolving any issues. I've never encountered a problem with the platform's features or navigation. Although it may lack some features compared to other email marketing platforms, it performs its current functions flawlessly. The product is very easy to use, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned professional in email marketing. The email builder provided by Pure360 is highly flexible, allowing for quick construction with a drag and drop builder or HTML. It's reliable and I've never had issues constructing emails. The software also supports multiple platforms seamlessly, including our CRM and Google Analytics. All external platforms integrated with Pure360 work without any problems. The reporting feature could be improved, however. While overall stats reporting is easy and specific email reporting is detailed, in-depth campaign reporting is lacking. For instance, I can't compare the performance of my subject headings unless I create separate campaigns and emails for A/B testing. Despite this, I am still very satisfied with Pure360.
