I still use human editors for larger projects like books, but for daily content and short fiction, ProWritingAid is a cost-effective and efficient solution, particularly when I'm on a tight schedule and budget. It helps me correct mistakes and refine my work. As an editor, I use it to offer more value to my clients by highlighting potential corrections that I might overlook in a single pass, enabling me to concentrate more on style and logic. My favorite feature is the overused words check, which assists me in identifying and rectifying the overuse of the same words. However, I find it slightly inconvenient as it's not compatible with my older MS Word software and copying to and from the web editor can be somewhat cumbersome. I chose ProWritingAid because it was part of a business products and services bundle I purchased.

Unexpected Billing Issue with ProWritingAid: A User's Experience
I've been a thrilled user of ProWritingAid for over a year now. In 222, I was lucky enough to snag a Black Friday deal and paid only £55 for a year's subscription. Recently, I received an email reminding me of my upcoming renewal, although it didn't include a billing number. I quickly checked my settings and was pleased to see that I was still on the £55 yearly plan. I was excited to renew at this fantastic price.To my surprise, I received an email from Paypal stating that I had been charged £11, the full price. I was a bit puzzled because my settings clearly showed I was on a £55 a year plan and the same Black Friday deal I used last year was currently available. I immediately reached out to their customer support, confident that they would help me resolve this issue.While I wait for their response, I thought I'd share my experience here. I'm sure ProWritingAid will reach out to me soon and we'll sort this out. I'm leaving this review not as a warning, but as a testament to the great value I've found in this software and my optimism that this minor hiccup will be resolved soon.
