Extremely Beneficial Tool
I find Grammarly Business to be a useful tool. As a writer, I still make errors and it has been a great help. Although I wish I could afford the premium version, the free version is serving me well.

Detects and Corrects Majority of Grammar, Style, and Punctuation Errors
I use Grammarly for proofreading essays and learning materials that I create for my clients. It highlights most issues and helps me correct them before I submit the content. It's a straightforward tool for fixing most grammar, punctuation, and style issues that are not easy to spot. Grammarly has a clean interface and simplifies everything, from signing up and uploading Word documents to checking grammar issues and downloading error-free documents. I also appreciate the Grammarly for Windows app because it helps fix issues on the Word doc as I write. However, Grammarly is not 100% accurate. The suggested phrases or words might not convey the intended meaning, so I need to ensure the suggestion makes sense. The Grammarly for Windows App sometimes disappears or is unresponsive, but reinstalling restores the functions. I switched to Grammarly Business because it is intuitive, catches most issues, and it is easy to use.

Room for Specialization Improvement
I appreciate Grammarly's vibrant and user-friendly online interface and have been a fan of their blogs for years. I particularly enjoy their tone checker in the free Chrome extension. However, I wish they offered a lifetime subscription for a one-time payment and better integration with MS Word. While they frequently introduce new services or features, I believe they need to refine their existing products. Grammarly often incorrectly identifies non-errors as issues and sometimes suggests changes that can lower the quality of the writing. It also struggles with longer documents in MS Word, making it unsuitable for extensive reports or book-length projects. I initially switched to Grammarly Business after my ProWritingAid trial expired, but I eventually returned to ProWritingAid as Grammarly didn't fulfill my requirements. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and their receptiveness to feedback, and I'm eager to see how they enhance their product.

The Loving Yet Overbearing Guardian: Grammarly Business
I really enjoy using Grammarly as it helps me identify the weak points in my writing. However, I sometimes find it frustrating, particularly when the little green circle obscures words. The vendor has apologized for this issue and assured me that their engineers are working on it, but there's no estimated time for a fix yet. They've suggested using Grammarly for Windows and Mac, which has a movable widget and works wherever I write, giving me constant access to Grammarly's suggestions. I can install it once on my device and easily switch between apps, platforms, documents, and emails. They've provided links for more information and for contacting them with any questions or concerns. They are committed to making my Grammarly experience pleasant and rewarding.
