Avoid it - Seek a Superior Option
I regret ever encountering proto.io. At first, it appeared to be a useful tool, but it ended up being a letdown. I strongly discourage using proto.io. It's full of bugs, which forced my developer and me to constantly reach out to customer service. It's simply not worth the trouble. There are better services out there, so do your homework. Moreover, there's no option to export your project. I had to postpone my project and suspend my subscription, which resulted in a monthly "parking fee". Despite being a loyal customer for over a year and paying a substantial amount during that period, their customer service was unhelpful when I needed to pause my project. They told me there was no way to back up and save my project. In this era, such a task should be straightforward, but it seems they just want to keep billing me. If I cancel my subscription, my project will be deleted forever. The only way to preserve it is to keep paying.
