I appreciate the ease of using Paidyet, particularly for processing credit cards on the go. I'm fond of the Paysaber product because of its portability. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have a chip feature, as many of my customers now use chip technology for increased security.

Effortless Customer Billing Tracking with Paidyet
I find Paidyet very convenient as I can use it anywhere, even on my mobile which is my main device. It functions well even with less than perfect internet connections. It took me a few weeks to get used to it, but once I did, it saved me a lot of time and worked great. The software isn't too expensive and I like the customizable payment link feature. My customers often pay via phone, so the eWallet feature is very useful to them as they don't have to provide their card details. There are no hidden fees. However, I've encountered a few issues. Sometimes, the payment processing time is frustratingly long. The mobile site works well, but the resolution is poor. I've also had some issues with the live chat feature on my smartphone, although it works fine on my iPhone.

Efficient Yet Somewhat Delayed
I found the PaidYET software easy to use. However, I encountered an issue when I made a payment on October 18th and by October 25th, our Merchant Services still had no record of it. I had to provide proof from the bank that the bill was paid to receive our deposits. It took over a week for our vendor to receive the payment. Since our vendor is also our merchant account, they were holding large deposits from our credit card. I had to do a conference call with the bank to confirm that the money went through our account. The PaidYET team responded to my feedback, explaining that the speed at which a merchant's payment appears in their account is not determined by PaidYET. They only facilitate the payment process, but do not allocate the money to the merchant. They encouraged me to rate them based on my experience making the payment.

I'm extremely pleased with our decision to use PaidYET. Our customers appreciate the ease of paying through a link without the need for an account, and we've seen an uptick in people using this method. The software is very user-friendly, not only for me but also for anyone stepping in when I'm unavailable, and our customers. However, the LIST feature could use some enhancements. I find the search function could be more intuitive and it doesn't always sort alphabetically. We transitioned to PaidYET from a traditional card swipe machine that was only functioning sporadically. Now, anyone can process a card payment from any computer.
