I ordered a domain from ovhcloud and it was canceled, yet my card was still charged for the purchase. I submitted a ticket for a refund but didn't receive a response for two days. However, they have now responded to my ticket and it appears the issue has been resolved. As a result, I've updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

I have been a client of OVH since 2011 and overall, I am highly satisfied. Throughout the years, we have encountered minimal issues. We were impacted by the major fire at one of OVH's data centers, but we have maintained our trust in them. We believe this incident has only enhanced their security measures. What I value most is the platform's user-friendliness. Similar to other providers, you can create and manage your VPS, but with OVHCloud, there are features that I don't find elsewhere, or at least not as effortlessly. For example, the server can be easily expanded without needing to halt and inform the provider. They also provide a daily automated backup option, which I haven't found with other providers at a reasonable price. Regarding the software platform, I find nothing missing in our daily operations. Most necessities are conveniently located. However, their customer service could be better, especially when it comes to specialists in Plesk.
