OneLogin has exceeded my expectations in managing identities and providing single sign-on. It has been extremely beneficial for our users, such as faculty, staff, and students, who previously had to manage multiple usernames and passwords for different campus systems. Now, they only need one username and password for all applications. OneLogin also offers multi-factor authentication at no extra charge, which many of our users require. We use OneLogin's virtual LDAP connector for some of our older applications, enabling us to connect virtually any application to our identity management system. The improvements to our overall security and usability have been substantial. The software is user-friendly from both an administrative and end-user standpoint, has an attractive interface, robust features, and redundant data centers. Initially, I had some issues with OneLogin, but over the past two years, they have resolved each one. At this point, all our mission-critical needs are fulfilled by this software. Any new features are just a bonus.
