G&S Computing Experience with WebTitan: A Tale of Unmet Promises
Initially, my experience with WebTitan was positive. However, their support has since become one of the worst I've encountered among all our software vendors. We've had an unresolved issue for over a month, and despite our patience for a solution, the support team simply closed the ticket. The response time is over a week, the reporting is subpar, and since the portal upgrade, we can't even load our client's policy page. We've been promised solutions for weeks to no avail. Now, we're contemplating cancelling the service and switching to another solution with superior support and features. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
