I find the eva-ssess software incredibly time-saving as it removes the need for initial in-person meetings with candidates. It also enables me to effectively evaluate my sales team. I'm impressed by the comprehensive personality reports it offers and its intelligent AI that identifies keywords and model answers. My only recommendation would be to create a mobile app for it, but aside from that, everything is excellent.

Eva-ssess helps me review video assessment results of candidates before the interview and lets me read their personality report. This ensures I only interview qualified candidates. The AI in this tool is very smart, detecting the relevance of the candidate's answer to the model answer. So far, I have no complaints about Eva-ssess.

Eva-ssess exceeded my expectations with its easy-to-use interface and seamless features. It allows us to assess hundreds of shortlisted candidates with just a few clicks. We also use it to evaluate our own employees to identify shortcomings and plan training accordingly. So far, there have been no problems, but I would suggest creating the personality report in Arabic.
