After Years of Text Harassment
After years of being persistently contacted via text and email, I decided to install a smart meter. However, when the engineer visited on January 3rd, he couldn't get the home display to function, so he reinstalled the original meter. I'm certain I'll continue to be encouraged to get a smart meter, even though it doesn't seem to work properly in my flat.

The representative from Eon arrived punctually and was amicable. He replaced my old meter with a new smart one and demonstrated how to use my new energy monitor. I am now saving a significant amount of money as the smart meter has educated me on energy conservation. It has altered my habits, for example, I now use the longer Eco wash setting on my washing machine.

Review on Eon: Swift Service Feedback
The engineer arrived punctually and explained the advantages of the Smart meter. They completed the post-upgrade inspection and I am pleased with their work. However, due to the distance between the two floors and the basement, the Smart meter may not function as anticipated. I am hopeful that the promised 5 pounds for this upgrade will be credited to my account. Confirmation of this would be greatly appreciated.

Excellent Smart Meter Installation Experience with Eon
I recently had a smart meter installed by eon after several proactive calls from their team. The technician was quite innovative, installing the meters at an angle which surprisingly optimized the space in my compact cupboard. I was impressed by the neat arrangement of wires. The technician even went the extra mile to plug in the smart meter in the kitchen, which I discovered after a few hours. I would definitely recommend this service!
