      Digital Hub for Team Management

      I find Connecteam extremely user-friendly and easy to set up. My team uses this platform more than they used CrewApp. It allows me to send schedules, approve time-off requests, and manage clock-ins all within a single app. We can also stay updated with announcements whether we're at home or on the pool deck. The documents and knowledge base section is a bit challenging to set up, but it's incredibly powerful. Once I mastered it, it's been amazing. I chose Connecteam as I'm transitioning to Gusto payroll soon and Connecteam is compatible with it. I switched from Crew to Connecteam because Crew was getting pricier, had limited features, and lacked a time clock feature. I appreciate the vendor's responsiveness and I'm pleased that my team finds the app valuable and easy to use as a comprehensive solution for all work-related tasks.

      Beware of Extra Monthly Charges on Annual Package with Connecteam.

      FINAL UPDATE: The Connecteam team responded quickly. It seems we misunderstood the monthly-x-12 charge for additional users if you've opted for the annual package. We expected it to be charged monthly, but it was charged as an annual fee. This was a shock to our budget. Connecteam took the time to understand our industry - high staff turnover, so being charged annually for a person who worked a week or two doesn't make sense for our business. Connecteam found a way to work with us and resolved the issue. I'm updating the rating to 4 stars because their follow-up service was good, but I think the messaging could be clearer. The platform is great, the service was good, but the product might not be the right fit for small to medium size businesses with high staff turnover. UPDATE TO UPDATE: Regarding the archived seats, based on the billing system you've described, those seats have already been charged upfront for the year. So once they're archived, it doesn't matter as they've already been charged for the year, even if rostered for 1 week. There seems to have been a misunderstanding - we expected to be charged per month for those seats, not annually. UPDATE

      I find Connecteam to be excellent. Their support team is always available and capable of assisting me with my needs. I would highly recommend it to other companies, which is why we agreed to film an advertisement for it. The accessibility and interface are top-notch. This app simplifies the administrative side of tracking staff hours, making it the easiest I've seen. It's particularly useful for managing employees who work in multiple locations. However, getting staff used to a new clock-in system can be challenging. There are some features I believe could be improved, such as accepting multiple shifts at once in the job scheduler and making schedule creation easier within the app. I chose Connecteam over another system, whose name I can't recall, because its interface was not as user-friendly. I switched to Connecteam because the previous timekeeping system had fundamental flaws and I needed a system that could help us better track staff hours. I appreciate Connecteam's response to my feedback and their plans to improve the areas I mentioned.
