Unexpected Charges but Excellent Customer Service: My Experience with Cashfree
I was thrilled when I signed up for Cashfree, especially because they claimed to have no maintenance fee. To my surprise, I noticed a charge of Rs.4999 + GST in my account for Annual Maintenance Charges. But, the best part was their account managers who were always there to assist me. They were unable to resolve my issue immediately, but their dedication to finding a solution was commendable. I would personally recommend Cashfree for their proactive customer service. It's like a surprise package, you never know what extra benefits you might end up receiving!

While I don't find Cashfree completely unsatisfactory, it doesn't quite measure up to Razorpay. However, it has made significant improvements and I believe it will soon address its payment issues and offer more advanced features essential for businesses. It has a superior user interface compared to many other payment gateways and provides quick, friendly, and helpful customer service. It's also very easy to integrate. On the downside, the success rate of payments is low, the dashboard isn't very intuitive, and the webhook functionality is limited. I chose Cashfree for its simpler integration, easy-to-understand documentation, and friendly support. I switched to Cashfree due to its moderate success rate of payments, better user interface, and improved dashboard.

Exploring Cashfree: A Unique Approach to Customer Service
I've had an intriguing journey with Cashfree, which I find to be an interesting platform. I've been an active Cashfree user for about a year, although I was primarily using Razorpay. I decided to give Cashfree a shot for 1 days and was pleasantly surprised to receive 2 orders within the first 3 days. Now, they are asking me to share documents that I had already submitted at the time of activation. I've repeatedly requested a list of accepted documents to submit, and they've assured me that my account manager will get in touch within 48 hours. I find this to be a unique approach to customer service and I'm looking forward to the call. I believe this is a novel way of doing things and I would recommend giving it a try!
