I mistakenly deleted content from my website and took too long to attempt a restoration. I contacted WP-Engine through live chat to see if an outdated backup could be restored. Although it wasn't possible, Albert went above and beyond to understand my issue and the page I was trying to save. He found it on the dev site, then guided me through the steps to copy/move it over, which worked flawlessly. I was amazed at how simple it was, especially as I'm not tech-savvy. I'm grateful for the time and money saved, as being a nonprofit organization (senior dog rescue), I can't afford to spend much on such issues. I appreciate WP-Engine for employing such kind and competent individuals. It gives me hope.
