Scaleway has an incredibly efficient system in place! Just 2 days after a minor hiccup with a payment of less than 2 euros on our credit card, they were proactive in taking action. Their emails may have ended up in a different mailbox, but it shows their commitment to maintaining a secure and reliable platform. It's impressive how they manage their resources. Our Kubernetes cluster, several S3 storage buckets, load balancers, everything was streamlined. It's a fresh start for us, and we're excited to rebuild and optimize our resources. It's a testament to Scaleway's dedication to providing a clean, efficient, and secure environment for their users.

Top-Tier Provider Experience with Scaleway
I've observed significant improvements in Scaleway over the past few years, offering reasonable prices and high-quality technology. Everything is self-service, which simplifies bill prediction. The service is stable and the customer support, accessible via Slack, is excellent. The only thing lacking is managed MongoDB hosting. I transitioned from OVH to Scaleway because OVH expanded too quickly with the same staff, resulting in frequent downtimes and subpar quality.

The managers, who are part of the Iliad Group, have a rich history of working with some of the best customer service providers in France, particularly from FREE.fr. Their experience and expertise were evident in their leadership roles. One of the most impressive aspects of Scaleway was their commitment to data retention. I was amazed to find my personal data from over 15 years ago still intact. This shows their dedication to maintaining comprehensive customer records. While there were some concerns regarding GDPR, the CNIL's lack of response could be seen as a testament to Scaleway's compliance with data protection regulations. Overall, my time at Scaleway was a valuable learning experience.
