The dashboard is impressive and appears to have undergone significant refinement. However, the support service is significantly lacking. There seems to be a high turnover among the support agents handling tickets, leading to information loss and inefficiency. Specifically, I encountered an issue with the Join Secret credit not working for their Elastic Metal offering. Despite providing multiple messages demonstrating the problem and keeping the ticket open for three days, the issue remains unresolved. The primary issue is that each new agent brought into the case overlooks critical details. At one point, I was incorrectly informed that the problem was with my card, despite my clear explanation that the issue was with the credit being applied as intended.

I've had a good experience with Scaleway over the past 4 years. Their flexible deployments, fast service provisioning, and great customer service have been very beneficial to my business. Recently, Scaleway has been expanding quickly and launching many innovative new services, which is exciting. However, they've had some problems with scaling their infrastructure, resulting in some features being temporarily unavailable. A key example of this is their Object storage feature, which was down for a long time before being recently restored.

Its low costs have allowed me to expand without making large investments, and I've always felt supported due to their excellent service. I've used various VPS services and found that Scaleway provides fair instances that help small businesses grow. Its role is excellent, allowing for customization of what is necessary. It has helped me boost my sales without incurring high costs. However, I think it would be beneficial if they offered databases at a slightly lower cost for general use.
