Cancelling our vacation due to a tragic loss: A review on Rock software.
The software was a bit overwhelming with all the evidence it required. It was difficult for me to handle some of the questions while I was still grieving. I assumed a letter from the hospice would suffice as evidence, but it didn't. Perhaps a more compassionate approach would have been better. However, I understand that it's a corporate company with profits to make. After weeks of emailing, I finally received a partial refund of our £2 holiday money due to the excess to be paid. It was not a pleasant experience, especially during such a difficult time.

Discovered Rock Software on Compare the Market - My Review
I discovered Rock on Compare the Market while searching for travel insurance for my family. My husband and son have medical needs, with my son having complex health issues, making insurance both difficult and costly. However, I received a great quote for the coverage we needed and it was easy to arrange. I will gladly use this company again.

Ideal Alternative to Slack
I find the Rock app's onboarding, daily usage, and flow to be excellent, feeling like a mix of Slack and Trello without Microsoft's complex permissions and setup. However, I think there's potential for improvement in team-wide calendar access and previewing images in tasks and comments.

Review on Travel Insurance Software: A Journey Worth Taking
I recently bought travel insurance through Tesco. I have pre-existing medical conditions and I found that ROCK's questionnaire algorithms handled them more intelligently than other companies I've used, resulting in a reasonable quote. I didn't need to make a claim, so I can't comment on their claim handling, but I'll definitely consider ROCK first for my next travel insurance quote.

Worth a Look
The software, Rock, offered great value as it included Cruise cover and was easy to use online. Unfortunately, I needed medical assistance during a recent cruise, which required me to file a claim. It took four weeks from the time I submitted the claim until it was paid. The process was delayed because they asked me for my date of birth twice, even though they already had this information.
