Enjoying a Positive Experience with
My experience with QuoteWerks has been positive, but there are some drawbacks due to its limited development with ACT! CRM, which is only contact-oriented. My main concern is the data link limitation, as we can't link fields from QuoteWerks to ACT!. This implies that we'll need to switch to another CRM software in the future, which will be time-consuming and costly. Currently, we are too small to consider this.

I've been using QuoteWerks for the past 8 years and it has greatly impacted my business and workflow. It's a powerful quoting tool, although it does have a slight learning curve. I admit I don't utilize all its features, mainly due to its somewhat outdated user interface. The Quote layout designer is especially potent if you have a developer who can build the templates. However, the overall user experience and interface could be better as it's not very user-friendly. I also think that improved support documentation would help users understand the software and its capabilities better. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me and explaining that QuoteWerks' interface is evolving on the web while keeping key elements from the desktop version to minimize training. They also highlighted the availability of numerous videos and extensive training documentation on their website, and urged me to contact their technical support team if I needed further clarification.
