Embracing More Features in Oneflow
I appreciate the simplicity of using templates and signature settings in Oneflow. However, I wish it could integrate with platforms like Fortnox to fetch company and customer data for the address book and import to drafts. A downside is that I can't invite non-licensed colleagues as reviewers, forcing me to export drafts to PDF and email separately. I chose Oneflow for its templates and functions, which were also my reasons for switching to it.

Experience the Simplicity and Efficiency of OneFlow
I find Oneflow's interface clean and user-friendly, with excellent customer service that provides quick responses. It's easy to learn, modify, and customize. However, generating an Excel list of all active agreements is not straightforward and the output is not visually pleasing. I can't provide insight on the decision to choose Oneflow as I wasn't involved in the purchase.

Streamlining Contract Work with Flexibility Since 218
I am extremely pleased with Oneflow. Since its implementation in 2018, it has enabled us to handle contracts flexibly. In retrospect, the global pandemic would have been more difficult without the use of digital signatures. Oneflow has increased our efficiency, made us less location-dependent, and reduced our environmental impact by significantly decreasing our paper and printer usage. However, the synchronization between the contract fields and participant fields could be smarter.

Terrible Editing Tool
The software, oneflow, has a terrible editor. Although the user interface design is decent, the editor is comparable to Word 23 or even worse. It's riddled with bugs and has incredibly frustrating limitations.

Outstanding Company and Service
I find the oneflow service excellent and use it daily in my company. It allows us to create contracts in various ways and it's easy to fill out and sign with e-signature or mobile bank ID for our customers. I would recommend it to all companies that regularly use contracts.

Exploring Oneflow: A Collective Insight
I think Oneflow is excellent as it fulfills our need to send contracts for digital signing. However, I wish I could change the look of the contracts when I send them using the templates. Right now, I can't customize the various tools as they are pre-made. I selected Oneflow because it appeared to be the right choice.

Excellent Tool for Streamlined Contract Management and Digital Signatures
So far, my experience with Oneflow has been positive. They are prompt and upbeat in addressing my needs, for the most part. I believe it offers great value for money and their team is very supportive. Their customer service is top-notch. However, I do find it lacking some key features like in-line editing and audit trails of terms. I would also appreciate if they could integrate with more software like Dynamics 365 ERP and provide more pricing options. I chose Oneflow because it provided a superior overall package, gave me more influence in the software's development, and was the most cost-effective choice by a large margin.
