I find the Nasdaq Boardvantage product satisfactory and a significant upgrade from traditional paper board books. I value the flexibility of accessing it on both my computer and iPad. However, I am frustrated by the constant security questions every time I open it, even when I've indicated I don't want them. Sometimes, it even rejects my correct answers. I also find it somewhat difficult to navigate between inbox items. The vendor has responded to my feedback, thanking me and assuring me that they are working on improving the digital inbox and security features.

I find Boardvantage easy to use and it didn't require an IT team for implementation. The support team is very responsive and helpful. The software has allowed us to go paperless, which has been particularly useful during remote meetings. It also enables us to create a board book from various data sources like PDFs, Excel, Word, etc., and replace pages easily. All the published materials look uniform, but I wish we could customize material covers, even if just with different colors. We chose Nasdaq Boardvantage because we are a Nasdaq company and they approached us with the product. We had been looking for a portal to house our materials. I appreciate their response to my review and their commitment to improving our experience using their software.

I use Board Vantage for three boards that I'm on and it's undoubtedly the best and easiest to use. However, I wish the sign-in process was simpler. Every time I switch between companies, I have to log off and log back in, which is made more difficult by my password management software not distinguishing between the companies. This means I have to re-enter all the information each time I switch companies, which happens frequently. I believe the security could be designed to allow a single sign-on for users who work with multiple companies. I've used the customer service feature and they are excellent. This software definitely enables me to use my time more productively and prepare for meetings faster and more comprehensively. The ease of navigation and note-taking capability are great, but the sign-on process and switching between companies' security is clunky. I appreciate the Nasdaq Boardvantage team's commitment to product innovation that streamlines board workflows.
