Sharing My Experience with Case Merge Software
So far, I am satisfied and comfortable with my team using Case Merge. It's the best app for our business needs. I especially value its ability to merge duplicate cases into a master case. For example, if a master case is closed and there are two duplicate cases, I can merge the open and closed cases with the same issue into one case. Case Merge is crucial in this scenario. However, I once faced a problem when there was no update and I was unaware of it. Whenever I tried to merge cases, the app wouldn't function and the debug logs on the backend didn't indicate the problem. I contacted the support team and they identified the issue and updated my version of Case Merge. After testing, the issue was resolved.

The Case Merge app outperforms other similar apps, which are usually subpar. However, it doesn't completely satisfy our requirements because the delete function doesn't work. It allows us to merge all attachments and emails to any case, but it doesn't manage the "merged out" cases.
