      In my state of extreme sleep deprivation (as a wildlife rehabber, I'm basically a zombie by August), I didn't realize that Incuvet.co.uk and The Incubator Shop were the same company, also known as TMM Direct. In an ironic attempt to save money, I missed that Incuvet's prices were excluding VAT, so I ended up ordering items from both sites and paid two sets of expedited delivery charges - a mistake I humorously refer to as a stupid tax. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see on my statement that one delivery charge was refunded, even though I hadn't requested or expected it, given that I had ordered from different websites. This was truly impressive customer service! The items arrived the next working day in perfect condition. The TLC incubator I had been eyeing, which I had to urgently purchase due to circumstances rather than wait for a sale, was significantly cheaper than buying directly from Brinsea. The sweets that were included were also a nice touch! Thank you!
