Challenging and Complex to Navigate
So far, my experience with Jepto has been poor. I've received minimal support and have ultimately abandoned the tool. I found it difficult to use and comprehend, it was confusing and not at all straightforward. In response to my feedback, the vendor thanked me and noted that they hadn't received any other feedback about the tool being hard to use. They asked me to share my experience to help enhance the onboarding process. They also pointed out that I hadn't contacted support during or after my trial and extended an invitation for me to do so if I had any queries about the benefits and how to maximize the platform. This response was given in June 2020.

Transforming Business with Jepto's Google Profile Tracking
Overall, Jepto has been a game changer for my business. I used to depend on other third-party platforms for my GBP data and almost all of them had issues importing accurate data my clients expect. Jepto is affordable, accurate and the customer service is excellent - I have no complaints at all. I use Jepto daily to track all my GBPs. From tracking the number of phone calls for each location to monitoring Google reviews, I report everything through Looker Studio and syncing this with the Jepto connectors is really simple. Also, I'd like to mention that Dale has been fantastic in assisting me through the live chat for any issues I've encountered. The dashboard is just OK. For newcomers to the platform, there's a bit of a learning curve and sometimes it can be hard to find where to change the settings you need. I switched to Jepto for the customer service, data accuracy and price.
