Phone Assistance Review
I had some issues with my membership at Goodlife Fitness and had to call for assistance. Marcus was the one who helped me and he did a fantastic job, as I was having trouble understanding why my membership wasn't paid. I'm grateful to Marcus for his help. I've been a member for a while now and have won several prizes, including three one-year platinum memberships and a three-month membership, as well as some Argos & John Lewis vouchers.
