Effortless Field Data Collection with Device Magic
I value the daily data access provided by device-magic and find the administrator role manageable and editable, from adding forms to selecting components. However, I'm disappointed by its English-only support, which is restrictive for non-English speakers. I'm also frustrated by the inability to edit data once it's been sent to the server. Given the annual cost, I believe this feature should be included. The vendor has responded to my feedback and forwarded my feature requests to their development team.

Efficiency Redefined with Device Magic
I think Device Magic is great because it simplifies the process of filling in checklists. We use it to input a lot of information for checking vehicle ratings in Excel, and then send the data to Device Magic to avoid errors from repetitive tasks. I can even have my clients create a free account and add me as the email recipient, ensuring the data always comes in the same format. However, I find the VBA content in the help section limited, which can be challenging for someone self-taught like me. Despite this, I appreciate the vendor's response and their commitment to improving the help documents. They also offer support for any questions I may have in the future.
