First Bus Journey in Denmark with Fleet Software
I took my first bus trip in Denmark with this company. In Copenhagen, there was no designated area for the buses. I had to walk up and down the street five times to find the right bus. I asked a Fleet bus driver where the B bus stops and he told me to search for it. Later, I saw the same driver put a B sign on the windscreen. On the journey, the bus stopped and the driver said something in Danish. Everyone left the bus and we were confused. A passenger told us the bus had a problem and we had to switch buses. This wasn't announced in English. We had to switch buses again later. As I write this, we are on the third bus. I think we will be delayed by 2 hours for a 5-hour trip. My experience with Fleet was not enjoyable.
