A Time-Saving Solution for Subtitles!
The software is user-friendly, time-saving with its AI feature, and reasonably priced. However, it lacks a video management system like creating subfolders and sorting by name or date. After I gave my feedback, the vendor thanked me and said that most users use their subtitled videos without editing. But for users like me with many videos and editing needs, they are developing a folder organization system with a search function.

Video Timing with Capté
The software, Capté, is user-friendly and customizable. However, I find its 5-minute limit a significant drawback as I often have videos longer than that. After sharing my feedback, the vendor suggested in September 2021 that I could upgrade to a Premium plan for longer videos.

TIME SAVING. Since I began using Capté, I've saved a significant amount of time on all my edits. However, I wish there was a feature to adjust the location of the subtitles. Specifically, once a location is selected, I'd like to be able to alter the location of certain subtitles within the same video. The vendor responded in January 2022, thanking me for my feedback and expressing their delight in making my videos more accessible through subtitling and simplifying my daily life.

Fantastic Subtitling Tool!
In my view, the strengths of the Capte software are the superior quality of its automatic translation compared to other market tools and the speed of its subtitle execution. As soon as a video is downloaded, it's subtitled. However, I'm disappointed that I can't import other fonts. The vendor responded to my feedback, expressing their delight in saving me time and informing me that I can import other fonts with the Premium plan. They wished me a good day and happy subtitling with Capte. They responded in August 2021.

Ease of Use and Excellent Results
As a volunteer instructor teaching PC and software usage in three associations, I often create small videos and conduct remote classes. I find that some applications do not allow sound transmission and some people have hearing difficulties, which makes subtitles extremely useful. I find the free solution offered by Capte to be beneficial in my situation. If any of the associations where I teach have the necessary funds, I would not hesitate to purchase it. The product is easy to use and making necessary text modifications is not a problem. So far, I have not encountered any weaknesses, except for a bit of time needed when the site is loaded. I appreciate the vendor's response, acknowledging that Capte is easy to use even for those who have never edited videos before. The subtitles are very useful, especially for the deaf and hard of hearing, but also for those who watch without sound.
