Tapmango: Value for Money with Room for Improvement
My overall experience with TapMango has been positive, but I feel there's a need for more ongoing support to achieve larger goals. I think they should be more proactive in reaching out to their existing customers/businesses, instead of waiting for us to contact them for enhanced services. The analytics provided by the software answer all my queries about who, what, when, etc. It also enables me to communicate with customers effectively and efficiently. The software is user-friendly and easy to use, although there is a learning curve. However, it's not overly complex. I value its integration with ecommerce platforms. While they do provide support once you purchase the program, it's mostly reactive rather than proactive. They don't educate or suggest ways to improve our interaction with the tool or how to expand our reach to the next levels.

I particularly love the marketing portal, which offers a logistical breakdown of all customers and tracks metrics with a beautifully designed interface. While the entire program is commendable, I think adding some functionality could be advantageous. Specifically, I suggest incorporating a feature to access their social media accounts for more premium gifts, which I believe would boost sales. However, this is merely my perspective and so far, everything TapMango does has been outstanding.
