PaySimple: Effortless and Exceptional!
I find PaySimple incredibly user-friendly and easy to train others on. Their customer service is outstanding, even helping me with a customer payment issue outside their service scope. They are one of the few companies accepting both electronic checks and credit cards, which helps us cut down on credit card fees and is favored by some of our clients. Despite their fees being on the higher side, they are definitely worth it.

Overall, Quite Impressive
My review of PaySimple is highly positive. It has helped me transition to automated and mostly electronic commerce. However, the batch fees and overall cost of the product were too high for my business size and current operating model. I chose PaySimple because I had chosen different club access hardware that didn't need integrated billing. I switched to PaySimple from Square because Square didn't offer recurring billing when I first used them.

My overall experience with PaySimple has been positive, but it wasn't essential for my business, so I discontinued its use after 6 months. PaySimple simplified the process of billing and sending invoices to my clients. I appreciated how it automatically generated my invoice once the template was set up. It's an efficient and time-saving software! However, not everyone in my organization or among my clients was familiar with PaySimple. They were more accustomed to software like QuickBooks and PayPal for payments, which occasionally posed a problem. I initially chose PaySimple because of the free trial and benefits that suited my organization.

I've been using PaySimple for 6 years and I find it incredibly user-friendly. It simplifies my billing process and saves me the expense of hiring someone to manage my monthly billing. I only spend about an hour each month updating new accounts, after which payments are automatically processed. However, I wish PaySimple had a feature for creating estimates. At present, I use a separate software for this, which then converts these estimates into invoices. If PaySimple had this feature, I would consider allowing my customers to pay through its platform. I primarily chose PaySimple for its monthly automatic checking feature and ACH payments, which have lower fees than credit cards. This has helped me save money.

Thrilled with PaySimple!

The customer service is always friendly and I have no complaints about this product.
