Unveiling the Pros and Cons of PaySimple
I wouldn't choose or recommend PaySimple unless two issues are fixed. While it's user-friendly for invoicing and customers have no problems using it, there are two major drawbacks. Firstly, after rebilling a customer, their name appears multiple times, which is frustrating. There should only be one instance of their name. Secondly, the ACH payments are grouped together and it's unclear which payments were combined when my bank receives it. I would prefer if the reports could show how the payments were grouped and paid. This is essential and would save me a lot of time.

I use PaySimple for everything, from invoicing our after-school programs to managing automated billing each month. At $34.95/month, it significantly outperforms other major brands I've tried, like First Data. I get more for less, and the customer support has been outstanding every time I've reached out. I value the ease of use, functionality, ability to generate reports, and notifications about recurring billing customers whose cards are about to expire. However, the checkout process for online sales is too long. I need to subscribe to Shopify to simplify the online purchasing process for potential introductory and trial members. I appreciate the vendor's response and am pleased to hear that their customer service team has been helpful and that their product is helping me manage my recurring billing and stay on top of payment notifications.
