I consider Mobile-Text-Alerts to be an excellent communication tool, particularly for a large and scattered workforce. The software's ability to support multiple keywords and groups makes it easy for our employees to register in either English or Spanish, allowing us to customize messages for our non-English speaking staff. I've utilized Mobile-Text-Alerts for two major projects and found it incredibly user-friendly, even for our less tech-savvy HR users. It has proven particularly effective during emergencies, such as Hurricane Harvey, when communication was difficult. Increasingly, our projects are using Mobile Text Alerts due to its efficiency and ease of use. I don't require anything else from it. The vendor responded to my feedback in February 2019, thanking me for my positive comments and expressing hope that I continue to find the text alert system useful.

As a healthcare facility with multiple locations, we struggled with communication, particularly during emergencies. A 2014 incident, where doctors arrived for work during a snowstorm when we were closed, highlighted our need for a mass communication tool. Mobile-text-alerts has been transformative for us. We now use it for a variety of purposes, from announcing the Friday shirt of the day, sending mass texts when servers are down, to wishing employees on their birthdays. It's a fantastic, user-friendly product, and I particularly appreciate the group feature that allows messages to be sent to all or selected groups of subscribers. My only issue is that I often forget how to add a subscriber to a group. The vendor has been responsive and appreciative of our feedback, and we plan to continue using this valuable product.

I find the mobile-text-alerts software very user-friendly, particularly for communicating with students. I value the phone number storage and the ability to schedule messages for future dates, which is great for sending reminders about evening activities. However, I wish I could send the same text on multiple consecutive days or on the same day every week for several weeks. I also recommend adding more member categories like boys, girls, parents, juniors, seniors, etc., to facilitate targeted messaging. After sharing my review, the vendor informed me that scheduling options are available and I can group subscribers. They also provided a tutorial on how to do this.

It was also a fantastic method for me to offer deals and generate income rapidly. I liked how simple it was for people to opt in and how quickly I could send a text alert. I chose Mobile Text Alerts over my previous service because it was more reliable and delivered texts better. The previous service was more expensive and didn't allow me to download my subscriber info. The vendor was very responsive and valued my feedback.
