I find Flowlu easy to use and I appreciate its mobile app. It's constantly improving and offers a variety of features that caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised by its speed and cohesiveness once I started using it. It's a great tool for my agency and fulfills many needs that other systems don't. I'm eagerly waiting for the upcoming feature of automatic recurring payments for invoices, which is currently the only thing I find lacking. I switched to Flowlu because I wanted something more suitable for agency use and that promotes collaboration with my team and clients.

Mature CRM/PM Tool in Flowlu
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Flowlu. Previously, I was struggling with multiple CRMs and my inbox as I couldn't find a software that encompassed all the essential features for my business. Flowlu has resolved this issue for me. It's straightforward, mature, and can be utilized immediately without waiting for a 'promised' roadmap item. The support team has been very responsive and helpful. It's an excellent project management tool with milestones, granular control, subtasks, tagging, and more. It doesn't use trackers in their CRM and it integrates seamlessly with Gmail. I can effortlessly switch between tabs while keeping the main tab open in the background. It has a knowledge base and an onboarding feature. I can approve delegated tasks, send direct links to tasks, and the default new user permissions are great. It integrates swiftly with connecting apps like Pabbly Connect. I can easily copy and paste images into the group feed and delete milestone tasks at the project level.

I have been using different tools for project, CRM, and team management for my business. However, Flowlu has all the features I need, including project management, CRM, tasks, and emails. It has a very clean user interface and it's easy to learn and understand. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend using Flowlu for business needs.

Flowlu: A Robust Tool for Project Management
Flowlu is a robust project management tool that I find to have an extensive set of features for business management, including CRM and invoicing. What I appreciate about it is the dedicated founder and hardworking team who frequently release new features and updates. I also value the project workflow that allows for task automation, both internally and externally through integration software. The CNAME domain is a plus as it helps maintain company identity, and the integration of email accounts, which is rare in project management tools, is a great feature. The mindmap is also a useful tool. However, there is a bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected with such a comprehensive tool. I do hope they can include more email accounts in the future. Overall, I believe this is a worthwhile investment. It's a great product backed by a good team!

Strong Beginning, Replaces Multiple Tools
The biggest issue I've found with most SaaS offerings on AS is the onboarding and training. I've often had to refund or only used a small portion of a platform for months before realizing its full potential. However, Flowlu stands out for its excellent training and walkthroughs, knowledgebase, videos, and the founder's active participation in the FB group to answer questions. The platform seems to be quite comprehensive, offering CRM, invoicing, project management, etc. I'm hopeful that it will provide enough value for me to cancel my monthly solutions for my law firm.

Although I haven't tried all the features, what I've used so far meets my digital marketing needs.However, I believe Flowlu could improve in certain areas. The customization options can be overwhelming and confusing, so industry-specific templates would be helpful. I am also concerned about the lack of data isolation between different organizations managed in Flowlu, as my assigned admins can see all CRM contacts and financial data. I would prefer each company to be connected separately.
