Surpasses AWS in Customer Service Excellence
We were having difficulty obtaining an estimated figure of our daily/monthly spending from AWS due to multiple AWS accounts. DoiT greatly assisted us in this area. We now have a slack channel integrated that gives us a daily report of "Previous month spend", "Current Month Spend", "Last Day Spend" and "Run Rate" along with a graphical analysis. It also alerts us if there is an unusually high spending. Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive to our questions. So far, our experience with DoiT and its team has been excellent. The vendor responded in July 2023, thanking us for sharing how we benefit from working with DoiT and expressing gratitude for our business.
