Never have I been so let down by
I have never been so disappointed with a service that used to work so well. Over the years, it has become the worst file sharing service ever. As a pro user paying for pro features, nothing is working and the app has become worse than ever. It's a waste of time and money. Beware!

Ultimate Visual Communication Tool
As a tech-focused company, we frequently need to share screenshots or brief videos of our various programs. CloudApp allows us to efficiently share these with our remote team in just a few clicks. It's the ultimate team communication tool, enabling us to record our screen and share it within seconds. I particularly value the ability to create animated GIFs, a feature not found in similar software. However, the landing page that CloudApp creates when sharing a video or screenshot could be more refined. Despite this minor issue, it's a fantastic program. I currently use both CloudApp and Greenshot, but I favor CloudApp for its extra features, particularly the animated GIFs.

Excellent Tool for Effective Communication
CloudApp is a potent tool that streamlines video recording, tutorial creation, and customer assistance. It has many helpful features, though it takes some time to fully grasp its potential. I opted for Zight (formerly CloudApp) as it's ideal for capturing shorter content, while ScreenFlow is better for longer recordings and editing.

It Transformed My Life
I absolutely adore many software products, but only a few have truly changed my life, and Cloudapp is one of them. I receive a weekly email detailing how much time Cloudapp has saved me, which currently stands at 2,475 minutes, but I believe it's much more. It has also preserved my sanity on numerous occasions. The ability to take a screenshot, annotate it, and then send it to Slack has revolutionized how I communicate with my team, eliminating the need for review meetings. I also appreciate that screenshots are automatically copied to my clipboard, as I often send them via WhatsApp.

Fantastic App, Could Use More 3rd Party Integration
In the competitive cloud storage market, it's tough to rival big players like Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon, and Box. However, I consider CloudApp an outstanding option that provides customizable URL links, privacy settings with passwords or expiration dates, and simple upload and share features. Despite its smaller size, it's often overshadowed by other services. I wish more platforms would integrate with CloudApp as they do with Dropbox. Even though CloudApp is my preferred choice, I often find myself needing Dropbox or Drive due to the integrations and accessibility they offer.
