Outstanding App!
I transitioned from a complex spreadsheet and paper timesheets to ClockShark and it has been a significant improvement. I'm already saving time and coordination efforts just by using the clock in/out feature. This week, I'm also starting to use the scheduling feature. The software is very user-friendly. The mobile tutorial is excellent and all my employees have adapted easily. The scheduling feature is top-notch. I wish there was a way for employees to flag time issues other than just a note, like a push notification. I'd also appreciate a mass messaging option. I chose ClockShark because it was competitively priced for the features it offered. I liked its iOS and Android compatibility. I needed a mobile app that was fully functional and easy to use. Compared to others, ClockShark's scheduling software is outstanding.

Disappointing Experience with ClockShark!
I found the ClockShark app unsuitable for our needs. It might be beneficial for small service industries like HVAC or Plumbing that don't handle Prevailing Wage rates, but the GPS feature was unreliable. We chose to discontinue using the app after our 1-year contract expired. The only positive was the scheduling section, which had a user-friendly drag and drop feature for assigning employees or jobs. However, there were several problems. The GPS was inaccurate, often showing me clocking in miles away from my actual location. The app lacked a feature to track Prevailing Wage, forcing me to manually adjust wages in the weekly time report. The reports were subpar and lacked customization options. Lastly, the customer service was almost non-existent. Despite repeated requests for help, we received little to no response. After six months, we received an automated email reply to one of our inquiries. The vendor acknowledged the lack of certain features and apologized for any inconvenience caused.
