Jump In ClockShark Won't Disappoint
I find the support for ClockShark to be excellent and I can always reach a real person. I switched from QuickBooks Time due to bugs and the inability to reach support when needed. ClockShark is slightly more expensive, but I believe it's worth it. There was a learning curve, but the ClockShark team was always there to assist me. I am not disappointed at all. This is a great software with a great team behind it. It's easy to use and available on web or mobile. The support team is fantastic. I wish I could add holidays to the time off section, but it's not a major issue. I switched to ClockShark because of the numerous bugs and lack of real support with QuickBooks Time.

ClockShark: A Must-Have for Businesses with More than 5 Employees
Switching from a manual timesheet method to ClockShark has saved me more than I could have ever imagined. The best part about ClockShark is their team, who are incredibly helpful and have made my life easier in many ways. Their customer service, attitude, and technical skills are outstanding. I've used other systems in the past, but ClockShark is the most affordable with the most features and support. They've never let me down and made the setup process effortless. However, I found their billing a bit confusing when adding or removing employees within a year. It would be helpful if they showed which users were added or removed when showing changes in billing. Also, the requirement for each employee to have an email address for logging in can be limiting, especially when hiring contract workers. I chose ClockShark for its affordable cost, numerous features, DCMA compliance, and excellent sales and support. It was a win-win situation. I primarily switched to ClockShark for DCMA compliance.

I've had an excellent experience with ClockShark right from the start. I found it online while searching for a timekeeping platform and after comparing several, ClockShark seemed to offer all the features I was looking for. I was promptly contacted by a friendly and knowledgeable representative when I reached out. I was delighted to have the opportunity to do a free trial, which allowed me to test it with my team. As anticipated, we all loved it, so I knew I didn't need to search any further. I was guided by a dedicated team member who was there for me at every stage. They were available for direct support and even checked in on me occasionally. I was able to participate in a screen share meeting where they guided me through the site and demonstrated how to use it, which was fantastic. Returning to ClockShark, Twice as Satisfied!
I used ClockShark at a previous job and had a great experience, so I decided to implement it at my new company. The customer service is exceptional - whenever I encounter a problem, I send a message and receive assistance within minutes. They've even sent me instructional videos. The software is user-friendly and the on-screen format is simpler and less overwhelming than other software I've tried. It's easy to introduce to employees and the service providers are extremely helpful and friendly. There's no pressure to upgrade, but I plan to do so as my company grows. However, I wish there was a server for picture and video attachments, as my technicians find this feature very useful. We've had some issues with video attachments and the file size limit can be restrictive. I chose ClockShark over HouseCall.

I chose ClockShark because it enables me to manage my company effectively from start to finish. It assists me in tracking my employees, reports, payroll, overtime, work location, and working hours. It has simplified the process of identifying experienced and productive workers who can accomplish a lot of work in a short period. This has made my job easier, particularly when it comes to generating reports and managing payroll and extra working hours. However, I think it could benefit from educational videos demonstrating how to use the existing features, especially for new business owners. I also noticed that there isn't an Arabic version, which could pose a problem for many Arab business owners who are unable to use English applications. I switched to ClockShark because it offers similar features to my previous software but at a lower price. However, my previous software was missing some features that I needed, which ClockShark provides.
